The Reflection Session:

Sarah adjusted her webcam and smiled as her mentor Michael’s familiar face appeared on screen. Remember that situation with the conflicting priorities between operations and sales?’  ‘I certainly do,’ Michael responded. ‘How would you say that shaped your leadership approach?  ‘That experience taught me to express my perspective more confidently while staying open to other viewpoints,’ Sarah explained. ‘The tangible impact has been remarkable – my team’s engagement scores have improved by 30% since we implemented those communication strategies you suggested.’ Michael leaned forward, clearly interested. ‘That’s significant progress.
