Hello everyone. Today I want to talk about our project deadlines and progress. First, I remember when John was late with his report last week. We need to stop this from happening again. The marketing report is due by Friday, and we cannot put it off anymore.

I know some team members want to put back the deadline. But we need to manage our time better. We do not have any spare days left now. Despite the problems with our computers, we must catch up with our work.

I will bring forward our team meeting to Wednesday. This way, we can check everyone’s progress. We eventually need to finish all reports this week. Some people risk missing important deadlines when they wait too long.

John told me he will manage to finish his part today. This is good news. But other team members are still behind schedule. I want to help everyone catch up with their work. We need all reports by Thursday afternoon.

I know everyone is busy. But we cannot be late again. The boss wants to see our progress. So, let’s work together and finish everything on time. Remember, good planning helps us meet all deadlines.
