1 The Meeting Discussion
Frank meets Bill in the break room. ‘Shall we have a meeting tomorrow?’ Frank asks. Bill looks at his phone calendar. ‘How about Tuesday at 2?’ he suggests. Frank checks his schedule. ‘I will book the room now,’ he says. ‘I’m going to prepare some documents tonight. Let’s meet in Room 3.’
