Good morning everyone. I want to talk about our current project timeline and some changes we need to make. As you know, several deadlines are due by the end of this month, and I can see we’re running late on some deliverables.

Despite our best efforts, we didn’t manage to complete the first phase on schedule. Mike has been trying to catch up with his tasks, but we need to be realistic about our timeline. I remember when we started, we had some spare time built into the schedule, but we’ve used most of that buffer now.

I’ve spoken with John, our manager, and we’ve decided to bring forward the client presentation. We can’t risk missing another deadline. Lisa suggested we put off the testing phase, but that would eventually cause more problems. Instead, we’ll need to stop working on the secondary features and focus on the core deliverables.

I know some of you wanted to put back the final deadline, but that’s not an option. We have to manage our time better. I’ve noticed that some team members are trying to catch up by working extra hours, but we need a more sustainable solution.

Let’s look at what we can do. First, I’ll need everyone to remember our priorities. Any tasks that aren’t critical, we’ll put off until next month. We have to manage our resources carefully. Despite the pressure, I believe we can still deliver a quality product if we focus on what’s most important.

By next week, I want everyone to have their core modules ready for review. We’ll eventually get to the nice-to-have features, but right now, we need to concentrate on meeting our essential deadlines.
