Hi everyone! I want to talk about how we work with deadlines here. First, I remember my first week at this office. I was very nervous about all the work.
Tom is our manager, and he helps us manage our time well. Some projects are due next week, but Tom will bring forward two tasks. This means we need to work faster now.
My friend Lisa and I work together on many projects. Sometimes we are late with our work. Then we need to catch up very quickly. We try not to put off important tasks until tomorrow.
Despite some hard days, we always finish our work. When we need more time, Tom will put back the deadline. We have some spare time next week for extra work.
I want to tell you about last month. We had a big project, and I did not want to risk missing the deadline. Lisa and I worked very hard. We had to stop our other work for two days.
Eventually, we finished all the tasks by Friday. Tom was very happy. Now I always remember to start work early. This helps me manage my time better.
Sometimes things are hard, but we work as a team. When you need help, just ask. We all want to do good work and meet our deadlines.
