Good morning everyone. I want to talk about our project deadlines and work progress. First, I remember when I started as team leader last year. Things were not easy. Many tasks were late, and we had to catch up all the time.
Now we manage things better. We have a big project due by next Friday. Sara will bring forward her report from next week. This will help us a lot. Mike wants to put back the team meeting to Thursday. He needs more time to finish his work.
I know some people want to put off their tasks until later. But we cannot risk missing our deadlines. Despite the problems last month, we did good work. We will eventually finish all tasks on time.
I do not have much spare time this week. But I will stop my other work to help the team. We need to finish everything by the deadline. Some tasks are already late, and this is not good.
So, here is what we will do. First, I will help Sara with her report. Then, Mike will work on his part. We must manage our time better. We cannot risk more delays.
Let’s work hard and finish everything on time. We can do this if we work together. Thank you for listening.
